Maria Sharapova Crotch Shot Results in Federal Lawsuit

In TV commercials for her sponsor, Canon, Maria Sharapova encourages viewers to “make every shot a power shot.”
A Maria Sharapova crotch shot probably isn’t what she meant.
The head of a Japanese ad agency secretly took crotch shots of the tennis icon as she posed for a Canon ad in 2005, according to a new federal lawsuit.
The gist? Toyo Shigeta, CEO of Dentsu Holdings, snapped the Maria Sharapova upskirt pictures to satisfy an obsession with women’s private parts, according to the suit filed by Dentsu’s former creative director, Steve Biegel.
Well, you know, to paraphrase one of the classic Seinfeld quotes, a woman’s body is like a work of art, while a man’s is like a Jeep - serving utility purposes only.

“Taking closeup crotch shots of women is a personal obsession of defendant Shigeta,” Steve Biegel says of the Maria Sharapova photos in his lawsuit.
Biegel, 44, said the company actually fired him after he complained about Shigeta’s propensity for pornographic picture taking.
Biegel also says he was forced to go to a bathhouse and a Prague brothel, where Shigeta urged the married Biegel to have sex with a prostitute.
And the alleged Maria Sharapova crotch shot? It’s attached as physical evidence to Biegel’s complaint, and labeled as Exhibit B.

Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale: Signed for High School Musical 3

Great news, High School Musical fans: Two of your favorite actresses are signed up for High School Musical 3!
According to Us Weekly, both Ashley Tisdale and Vanessa Hudgens will reprise their roles in the follow-up, with the latter even receiving a “substantial increase” in pay.
“Vanessa is locked for the movie,” a High School Musical source tells Us. “She is very happy that the deal is done.”
So are numerous fans, who can also rejoice over the fact that Zac Efron is reportedly also signed for the film.
“The contract will be signed within the next week,” a Hudgens source says. “It is almost a done deal.”

Hudgens’ naked picture scandal - maybe you heard about it - led to reports that either Adrienne Bailon and Sabrina Bryan would replace Vanessa in the franchise.
High School Musical 3, the first in the hit movie series to be a theatrical release, is set to begin shooting in January 2008.
Co-stars Corbin Bleu and Monique Coleman are also in final negotiations, according to their publicist.

Avery, who was previously linked to Elisha Cuthbert and rumored to be the subject of Justin Timberlake’s hit “What Comes Around Goes Around,” has reportedly been seen squiring Mary-Kate Olsen all over the Big Apple (that’s New York City).

Poor Max Snow. But good for Mary-Kate Olsen. Sean Avery definitely knows a thing or two about lining up on top of the crease and trying to slip one between the pads.
